Alcohol is provided by the client in accordance with Oklahoma law. The Cedar Bar Co. does not sell or provide alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol for their event unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client-provided items may include alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, napkins, garnishes, serving table, coolers, and any venue-required items depending on the selected package. Package inclusions vary, and we will confirm what is included before booking.

Your event date is not secured until the service agreement is signed and the required deposit has been paid. Remaining balance, payment due dates, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your quote or agreement.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the service agreement. If an event needs to be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.

Guests may be asked to show valid identification before being served alcohol. The Cedar Bar Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is underage, visibly intoxicated, unable to provide valid identification, or creating an unsafe environment.

Service time is based on the agreed event schedule. Additional service time may be available depending on bartender availability and must be approved before extending service.

Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue allows mobile bartending service and client-provided alcohol. Any venue rules, insurance requirements, setup restrictions, or service guidelines should be shared before the event.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible service area unless a portable bar setup is included in the selected package. Outdoor events may require shade, weather protection, lighting, and a stable setup surface.

The Cedar Bar Co. serves Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on event location, distance, setup needs, and service time.
